Sea Summit Solutions is a one-person business in Northeast Florida, run by John Young. It exists for local businesses — trades, home services, cleaners, pet sitters, bakers, salons, shops and solo professionals — that do good work, get found by word of mouth, and have either no website at all or a Google listing that somebody else set up years ago and nobody has touched since.
The work is deliberately narrow. Sea Summit Solutions does not run ad campaigns, does not sell software, and does not take over your accounts. It fixes the handful of things that decide whether a stranger who searches for your trade in your town finds a business that looks open, staffed and trustworthy — or scrolls past you.

This explains how Sea Summit Solutions ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website.
What we collect. When you submit the quote form we collect what you type into it — typically your name, phone number, email address and your message. There is no account to create and no payment information is collected on this site.
How we use it. Solely to reply to you, discuss the service you asked about, and follow up. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with. Only the service providers that help us operate this site or contact you — the web host, the form-delivery service, and the phone and email providers used to reply. Not with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics. Only the cookies needed for basic functionality. If analytics are added, they are limited to general site traffic and are not used to identify you individually.
Do Not Track. This site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and does not knowingly allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity on other websites.
Seeing or deleting what you sent. To review, update or delete anything you submitted, email jyoung@seasummitfamily.com.
Changes. Material changes are posted here with a revised effective date.
