One person, not an agency. I build a few specific things, properly, and I set them up inside your own accounts so you own them rather than rent them from me.

Most of what I do is unglamorous: the follow-up that nobody has time to send, the reply that should go out at nine at night, the review request that only happens when someone remembers. Small things that quietly stop happening when a shop gets busy.

What I build

• Review requests, on their own A job closes; a day or two later the customer gets one message from you asking for a review. If something wasn't right, it points them back to you instead. It asks once.
• An instant reply to your website form Someone fills in your form at nine at night. They hear back from you in seconds, the details land somewhere you can find them, and your phone buzzes.
• Quote follow-up A quote goes out and nothing happens. A short, polite nudge goes out on a schedule instead of never.

How it works

I set the first one up for a week at no charge, in an account in your name, so you can watch it run before deciding anything. If it's useful after that, I charge monthly to keep it running and to build the next one. If it isn't, you keep the setup file and I go away.

No contracts, no packages, no dashboard you have to learn.
